On-Site Services is pleased to announce that Trac McCollum has started as the Service Manager, working directly with Jeremy Thompson and his team. 

Trac has more than 15 years of senior management experience, including strategic development and plan execution as the Service Manager of one of the top three oil and gas companies in the United States. Before that, Trac worked as an Equipment Maintenance Manager for one of the world’s largest independent renewable energy companies. While at that company, we got to know Trac and have spent the last few years trying to recruit him to join our team. Trac started his career as a structural-certified welder and safety iAuditor inspecting heavy equipment. He has spent his fair share of time on the road and can relate to both the field and office side of our business. He has extensive knowledge of the financial side of businesses with P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation. He has a reputation for consistently going above and beyond for his company, customers, direct reports, and team. He prides himself on building relationships that last.

Trac is excited to join the OSS team, help grow the company, and develop his team. He believes we have a great business model that has only scratched the surface of its potential. He believes we are uniquely positioned to achieve great success in the coming months and years and that we will be able to capitalize on many new opportunities soon. He is thrilled to be a part of our evolving company and the first member of the new OSS, currently undergoing a restructuring that will maximize our assets and set us up as industry leaders.

Trac lives in Godley, Texas, with his wife and three stepchildren. He and his wife have six children ranging from ages 21 to 13. Between juggling all six children, he enjoys spending time at the lake, boating, working on their new lake house, watching football, and hanging out with friends and family.
